I hereby warrant and represent that I am authorized to submit this entry to the Spring 2008Student Filmmaking Competition and permit it to be viewed publicly at the annual Spring Film Festival described in the official Rules and Regulations. I also warrant that the exhibition of this production will in no way violate any copyright laws or any other right of any person, film, or corporation and that I indemnify and hold harmless the WVIFF from any disputes or liabilities that may arise with respect thereto. I understand and attest that I have complied with the rules of the Spring 2008 Student Filmmaking Competition as stated in the Rules and Regulations. I understand the entry fee(s) must accompany this form and will not be refunded for entries not receiving awards. The decision of the judge(s) is final.
